Yes. If a paid plan isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund — no questions asked. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata after that window.

You keep your current plan's features until the end of the billing period, then move to the lower tier. Nothing is deleted — projects beyond the Free limit become read-only until you're back under the cap or upgrade again.

Each live AI operation shows its cost before you run it: background removal uses 1 credit (fast or HD), 2× upscale uses 2 credits, 4× upscale uses 4 credits, face enhancement adds 1 credit, Auto Enhance color correction runs free, its optional face enhancement stage costs 1 credit and its denoise stage costs 1 credit per started 4 MP of image (a 12 MP photo is 3 credits, up to 6 at the 24 MP limit), photo restoration uses 3 credits, Magic eraser object removal uses 3 credits, generative fill & expand uses 6 credits, and scan cleanup uses 2 credits. Pro includes 500 credits per month and Business includes 2,000 per seat. Credits are only spent on jobs that finish: a failed or cancelled job is refunded automatically, and running the same image through background removal again reuses your saved result for free. Unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance (1,000 on Pro).

Business is billed per seat with a 3-seat minimum. Add or remove seats anytime from Team settings — we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Every seat carries 2,000 AI credits a month: each teammate gets their own, and seats nobody has claimed yet stay with the account owner. Verify your company's email domain and colleagues who sign in with a verified address (or Google) can join without an invite. This is domain auto-join, not SAML or OIDC single sign-on.

Our Privacy Policy explains local and server-side processing, providers, retention, and available rights. Cookie choices can be changed at any time. Self-service account export and deletion are not yet available, so access, export, correction, or deletion requests should be sent to privacy@opusimg.com.

Free gives you the browser tools (compress, resize, convert to JPG/PNG/WebP, crop, annotate, basic OCR) with no usage cap and no watermark, batches of up to 5 images at a time, and 3 saved projects. AVIF export, batches of up to 100 images and saved batch workflows are Pro. AI features that run on our GPUs (background removal, upscale, restore, magic eraser, scan cleanup) need Pro or Business; Auto Enhance's colour and light fix is free on every plan.

Client-side edits are never watermarked on any plan, and AI outputs on Pro and Business are clean.

Yes — the OpusImg API is in early beta. Pro and Business plans include 1,000 API operations per month per account, shared across all your API keys (background removal, compress, and convert), at no extra cost during the beta. A self-serve developer dashboard is rolling out next. Endpoints, quotas, and rate limits are documented on our developers page.

Checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Card details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and are never stored by OpusImg. Receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy and reachable from your billing settings.
