Yes. If a paid plan isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund — no questions asked. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata after that window.

You keep your current plan's features until the end of the billing period, then move to the lower tier. Nothing is deleted — projects beyond the Free limit become read-only until you're back under the cap or upgrade again.

Each live AI operation shows its cost before you run it: HD background removal uses 1 credit, 2× upscale uses 2 credits, 4× upscale uses 4 credits, face enhancement adds 1 credit, Auto Enhance color correction runs free, its optional denoise and face enhancement stages cost 1 credit each, photo restoration uses 3 credits, Magic eraser object removal uses 3 credits, generative fill & expand uses 6 credits, and scan cleanup uses 2 credits. Pro includes 500 credits per month and Business includes 2,000 per seat. More AI tools are rolling out—each will show its credit cost before you run it. Unused credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance.

Business is billed per seat with a 3-seat minimum. Add or remove seats anytime — we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Every seat gets its own 2,000 monthly credits.

Our Privacy Policy explains local and server-side processing, providers, retention, and available rights. Cookie choices can be changed at any time. Self-service account export and deletion are not yet available, so access, export, correction, or deletion requests should be sent to privacy@opusimg.com.

Free gives you every client-side tool (compress, resize, convert, crop, annotate, OCR-basic) with no usage cap, up to 25 MB per image and 3 saved projects. AI features are Pro-only, with a one-time free background-remove trial.

Client-side edits are never watermarked on any plan. Server-processed AI outputs on the Free trial carry a small "Made with OpusImg" mark; all Pro and Business outputs are clean.

Yes — the OpusImg API is in early beta. Pro and Business plans include 1,000 API operations per month (background removal, compress, and convert) at no extra cost, authenticated with API keys. A self-serve developer dashboard is rolling out next. Endpoints, quotas, and rate limits are documented on our developers page.

Checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Card details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and are never stored by OpusImg. Receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy and reachable from your billing settings.
