Refund Policy

1. What this covers

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. This policy covers those charges. Current prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout and on the pricing page. Receipts are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

2. Within 14 days of a charge

If a paid plan isn’t working out, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. No questions asked.

3. After 14 days

Annual plans are refundable pro-rata after that window. Any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal right also applies.

4. How to ask

Email billing@opusimg.com. You can cancel a subscription from billing settings. Unless law or the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the interval you have already paid for.

5. Credits

Credits, trials, and quotas are usage entitlements, not stored money. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A failed or cancelled job refunds the credits it used. That credit refund is separate from a refund of the subscription charge.
