All OpusImg plans are self-serve at the prices listed on the pricing page, so there is nothing to arrange before you sign up and no call to book. If you need a hand with anything else, use whichever address below fits — it saves a round trip.

Where to write

• Product help and general questions — support@opusimg.com. Anything about how a tool works, an account problem, or a bug.
• Billing, invoices, and refunds — billing@opusimg.com. Subscription changes, receipts, and anything about a charge. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record.
• Privacy and data requests — privacy@opusimg.com. Access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and questions about how anything is processed.

Billing and payments

Payments, invoices, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Receipts come from Lemon Squeezy and are available from your billing settings. If a charge does not look right, write to billing@opusimg.com with the receipt and we will sort it out.

Privacy and data requests

Most OpusImg tools run entirely in your browser, so for those there is nothing on our side to request or delete — the about page lists which tools those are, and the privacy policy covers what is retained for the rest and for how long. Requests to access, correct, delete or export anything we do hold go to privacy@opusimg.com.
